TVU – Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC)

The aim of the Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC) is to equip the college teachers belonging to different disciplines, with necessary skills to meet the ever-mounting challenges in the field of higher education. The main objective of the HRDC is to cater the needs of the teachers, research scholars and non-academic staff to enhance their knowledge and skills through systematic course work and methodologies. It also aims at providing advanced level capacity enhancement and continuous knowledge upgradation training programs for people working in different capacities and roles and also conducting programs to build research, teaching and administration competence for holistic development of those in the teaching profession.
